FREE training for FAAD members! This free half day training session, funded by the Big Lottery, is designed specifically for frontline workers and volunteers from FAAD's partner agencies who work regularly with clients accessing the benefit system or at risk of financial exclusion. By the end of the day participants will: have an overview of Universal Credit and the sanctions system be able to support a service user to prioritise expenditure be aware of appropriate affordable banking and credit have an understanding of the debt advice process, the options available be able to signpost locally and refer effectively.
